The construction has the character of modernization of the railway track including the modernization of the related infrastructure of the railway transport route. It includes the reconstruction of the railway top and bottom of the track in question, including all stations and stops. Furthermore, the reconstruction of man-made buildings, land structures and the construction of new buildings for the location of new technologies. Security and communication equipment, high-current distribution and lighting will be newly built, supplemented and reconstructed to ensure the operability of the railway transport route. A new traction line will be replaced in the entire section.
