Pile foundations constitute the way of grounding, which is easy of processing, cheap, effective and very fast (30-40 piles in 8 hours). ELTRA Ltd. owns the patent at this kind of building foundations and its industrial patent is protected in the Slovak republic, Hungary and Poland.
Lengths of driven piles are from 1,5 to 6 m with head dimension 50x50, or 55x55 cm. By this method of foundation fall off manipulation with soil and general site excavation, thanks to this is the ground not violated, but effectively compacted. Thanks the effect of compacting the foundational ground up to the depth of 3 m from pile base, this way makes possible foundation at non stable areas, allows the foundation in the soils of lower bearing. It is also possible to build foundations at the presence of higher level of aggresive underground water. Driven piles foundation is very fast, acurate and can be also performed during the winter season.
Accurasy of piles driving makes possible the direct attaching the constructions of building without using the foot bases.
