To guarantee the maximum quality of our products and subcontracts, as well as their long lifetime, we produce lots of components necesary for traction lines building in our own facilities. We use modern equipment and machinery as CNC surfacers, lathes, electronicaly controlled compactors etc.
The steel masts (trussed and pipe) and steel constructions for traction lines are dominant for our production, which are heat galvanised.
We also produce a wide range ofmoldings, consoles andmetal components for traction lines.
We produce large product asortment including rod insulators up to 52 kV, composite insulators up to 35 kV, insulated side holders and insulated rods - passable or unpassable. Our manufacturing programme also includes the production of traction line tension gears (gear 1:3) with cable brake or retaining pawl, section isolated dividers for traction lines up to 3 kV DC and up to 25 kVAC, horn arrester, lighting and overstress protectors.
In the manufacturing programme of ELTRA Ltd. is also the production of power distributors with alternating nominal voltage up to 1.000 V by frequencies up to 1.000 Hz, or DC voltage up to 1.500 V and nominal short-termcurrent up to 10 kA.
